This is a working supervisor position charged with supervising a team of specialists who perform account management and energy auditing and analysis duties, as well as delivering exceptional service to our commercial key account customers. Salary Range: 92,532.00 - 115,536.00 Requisition Number: 2399 Employment Type: Regular Essential Functions: You will be responsible for: Coordinating and overseeing efforts and activities related to providing both account management and technical energy solutions for District commercial customers within assigned industry segments. Supervising and developing a high performance work team of specialists who perform both energy specialist and account management duties. Assigning work, monitoring work performance, providing performance feedback, and taking corrective action as required. Writing performance appraisals and providing guidance, counsel, and mentoring to assigned employees. Meeting energy and sales goals for assigned industry segments. Acting as a primary point of contact for commercial key account customers and expanding our engagement with our customer base to best understand our customers needs to provide exceptional customer service delivery. Acting as a program manager/supervising team leader to coordinate District activities and services in the areas of rates, energy services, customer services and billing, energy operations, and Distribution Services for assigned commercial key account customers. Minimum Qualifications: The following are the minimum qualifications that you will need: Experience: Knowledge of: Skill to: Education: Licenses/Certifications: A current class C drivers license is required. Desirable Qualifications: B.S. degree in Business Administration or Engineering from an accredited college or university is highly desirable.
