To support our growth, we seek a senior manager to lead projects that help our clients ensure they are in compliance with NERC and Regional Standards. You will support clients by providing readiness assessments, communicate with generator operators, transmission operators, load serving entity or other types of clients as required. You will manage internal teams when necessary who will maintain relationships with Regional Entities, participate in regional forums, coordinate change management interactions with clients, and participate in development of training materials for NERC compliance clients. Moreover, you will interact with ICF's IT group to facilitate the growth of software offerings across business lines and coordinate with ICF's Transmission Group to facilitate and complete risk based assessments for clients. Finally, you will maintain procedure portfolios for each of the Regions and participate in NERC or regional stakeholder forums as required. Key Skills:
